Data controller

arteismo, Milano. For any request about your data you can use the form on the Partnerships page.

Form data

If you fill in the Submit or Partnerships forms we collect the data you enter: full name, email and, depending on the form, city, link to your work, discipline, museum, gallery or brand, and your message. We use it only to read your message and reply, based on your consent. We do not use it for advertising and do not share it with third parties. Please do not include special categories of data (health, political opinions, religion and the like).

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter we keep your email address and the site language, with the date of your consent, only to send you the arteismo newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every issue or through the form on the Partnerships page; in that case we delete your address.

Visitor statistics

If you allow it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to learn, in aggregate form, how many people visit the site, which pages they go through, which videos they watch, what they search for in the articles and how many forms are sent. It helps us understand what people care about and improve the site. Google Analytics does not record your full IP address; data is kept for 14 months. Without your consent Google Analytics is not loaded.

Cookies

The site uses cookies only for Google Analytics statistics, and only if you accept them. The banner remembers your choice in your browser for 6 months; you can change it at any time with the button at the bottom of this page. We do not use profiling or advertising cookies.

Content from other services

Our pages include YouTube videos and Spotify tracks. YouTube videos use privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press Watch: from then on YouTube (Google) may collect data under its own policy. Spotify tracks in the articles are provided by Spotify, which may set cookies and collect data under its own policy.

Providers

To run the site we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosts the site), Supabase (receives the forms), Resend (sends the form emails), Google (statistics, if you accept). Some may process data outside the European Union, always with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Retention

Form messages for as long as needed to reply and no longer than 24 months, unless a collaboration begins: in that case for its duration and for legal obligations. Statistics for 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, receive a copy of it, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, through the form on the Partnerships page. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

If we change the way we handle data, for example by adding the newsletter or the shop, we will update this page and the date below.
